If, however, you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
You can exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
📦 To request an exchange:
Email us at support@tuxpakistan.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting images if applicable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
You received a defective or damaged product.
You received the wrong item or size from what was ordered.
Your order was cancelled before shipping.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Change of mind or dislike after use.
Custom-made or discounted items.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
3. Refund Method
Once your return is approved:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Payment will be refunded via the same method used during purchase (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa).
You’ll receive a confirmation email or message once the refund is completed.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for exchange.
5. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@tuxpakistan.com with photos.
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
