If, however, you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.


1. Returns & Exchanges

  • You can exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

📦 To request an exchange:
Email us at support@tuxpakistan.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and supporting images if applicable.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.

  • You received the wrong item or size from what was ordered.

  • Your order was cancelled before shipping.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind or dislike after use.

  • Custom-made or discounted items.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.


3. Refund Method

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Payment will be refunded via the same method used during purchase (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email or message once the refund is completed.


4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for exchange.


5. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@tuxpakistan.com with photos.
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
